The Paediatric Clinical Pharmacy Practice Experience offers a wide variety of clinical learning opportunities for pharmacists, designed to develop knowledge and expertise in clinical pharmacy practice. Learners will be provided with skill development support and a strong focus on leadership skills with customized learning plans and dedicated mentorship. Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Training
Ensure drug treatment optimization for future patients through the maintenance of serum drug concentrations, thus impacting care delivery and resulting in positive paediatric patient outcomes.
